A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who is residing in one column of a single house owned by the victim D in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was in common interest due to his/her own address when he/she was refused to provide medical treatment from the hospital on March 22, 2014 while he/she was in common interest due to his/her depression, sullle and living.

1. In a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to repeated depression disorder and alcohol abuse, the Defendant drinking alcohol at around 01:00 on March 23, 2014, with a candlelight in the room where the Defendant living in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “Seoul Northern-gu”) and drinking alcohol, fluencing him/her at his/her own sick house and living room, and talking with him/her to check the fire in the above room promptly, and entered the gasoline 125cc in the number, which is the Defendant’s ownership located near the Defendant’s residential area, and then fluenced the said gasoline into the above room where the Defendant resided, and fluenced the above gasoline, and flucing the candlelight on that part, and flucing it into the entire victim’s house owned by the Defendant, including the above flusium, the victim’s outer wall and part of the H tree owned by the Defendant, and part of the front tree owned by G trees 1.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) carried a house equivalent to 36,754,00 won in total and its inner house fixtures, which is the victim D owned by the victim D and his children; and (b) destroyed the house and outer walls and facilities, which are owned by the victim F, with the repair cost of KRW 8,057,50,00; and (c) caused the fire by burning the above trees in the market value, which is the victim H owned by the victim.

2. In a state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to repeated depression disorder and alcohol abuse, the Defendant is in front of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern District, Seoul, on March 23, 2014, following the fluoring of fire, around 01:05.
