When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From April 2014 to the 27th day of the same month, the Defendant, without obtaining permission for mountainous district conversion from the Sinpo City, which is the competent authority, and converted the mountainous district into a manner of cutting or banking, by removing 27 pieces of pine trees, which were born therein using equipment such as pora, etc., from 5,704 square meters of forests and fields located in Seopo-si B, Seopo-si.
