A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2013, at around 16:45, the Defendant: (a) unloaded from the street in front of Gwangju Northern-gu C, about the passage of D (16 years of age), E (16 years of age), etc.; (b) produced the Defendant’s sexual organ; and (c) openly obscenityed the Defendant’s sexual organ.
