1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 54,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 10, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. The assertion;

A. On November 9, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Defendant for a construction project with the steel frame and the Plaintiff for a construction project with the amount of KRW 16 million for the construction cost. On July 15, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the Plaintiff for a construction project with the amount of KRW 70 million for the construction cost.

B. The Plaintiff completed the above construction and delivered the building to the Defendant, but the Defendant did not pay KRW 54 million among the above construction cost. Therefore, the Defendant sought payment of money calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 10, 2016 to the date following the delivery of the above money and the copy of the complaint of this case to the date of complete payment.

2. According to the purport of the entire text of the evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 (including paper numbers) and the entire text of the pleading, the Plaintiff’s assertion can be acknowledged.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is reasonable.
