A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2013, the Defendant purchased one of the sports cars at C agency located in Singu, Singu, B, and borrowed KRW 2,780,000 from the victim's Ogtha (the owner) while purchasing one of the sports cars at C agency at C agency in Singu, Singu, 2013, and granted the victim a mortgage on the said car at the claim price of KRW 1,946 million

Then, on February 2014, the Defendant borrowed KRW 10 million from a bond business operator whose name is unknown due to a shortage of business funds at a place where the location is unknown, and transferred a car on which the mortgage is established as collateral.

Accordingly, the defendant concealed his own property, which was the object of another person's right, and obstructed the exercise of another person's right.
