Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2014, the Defendant was given a summary order of a fine of one million won by the Seoul Central District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On May 28, 2020, at around 00:09, the Defendant driven a DNA car in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.124% from the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Building Parking Area to the front road of Seoul Jung-gu.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
