The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance citing the instant case is as follows: (a) the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance citing the instant case is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance excluding the case where “high school” of the 7th day of the judgment of the court of first instance is used as “elementary school.”

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's main claim against the defendant A and B and the plaintiff's claim against the defendant C should be accepted for all of the grounds, and all of the conjunctive claim against the defendant A and B should be dismissed for all of them.

The judgment of the court of first instance is justified in its conclusion, and all appeals by the Defendants are dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
