The appeal is dismissed.

We examine the grounds of appeal.

In light of the evidence adopted by the court of first instance maintained by the court below, it is justifiable to maintain the judgment of the court of first instance which found the defendant guilty of the remainder of the charges of this case, excluding the portion judged not guilty, based on its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, it cannot be said that there is any error of fact-finding or contrary to the reasoning of the judgment.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
