A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person with a disability of class II with intellectual disability, and the mother was able to influorate dissatisfactions about alcohol and happiness.

On April 5, 2012, at around 00:50, the Defendant: (a) placed a newspaper in front of the victim D (E, 64 years of age) who was in the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 2nd floor building (the first floor is a windowping house and house; (b) the second floor is a 1 bond building used for a house) using a gas racingter, attached a fire in the newspaper; and (c) put a newspaper on a lac bag with a constitutional clothes attached on the above E external wall; and (d) put it up up to the ceiling and the house on the first floor after going through the outer wall of the above building.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) destroyed part of the existing 1 debt of F et al. so that approximately KRW 6,000,000 of the repair cost would be destroyed.

2. Fire prevention of general goods;

A. On April 2012, the Defendant, in the vicinity of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G Housing on the first day and on the grounds of paragraph (1), laid down a newspaper with a fire by using gas bags in a recycling clothes collection box owned by the victim, on the ground that paragraph (1) is identical to that of Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, and caused the Defendant to spread to the entire clothes box.

Accordingly, the defendant collected recyclable clothes equivalent to KRW 100,000 of the market price owned by the above victim, and destroyed the dedicated clothes in that area, thereby causing public danger.

B. On April 16, 2012, around 23:40, the Defendant collected newspapers with fire using gas bags, and caused them to spread to the entirety of clothing boxes, in a recycling clothes collection box installed in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H housing near, for the same reason as paragraph (1).

Accordingly, the defendant collected recyclable clothes equivalent to KRW 100,000 of the market price owned by the above victim, and destroyed the dedicated clothes in that area, thereby causing public danger.

C. The Defendant, around 23:00 on May 20, 2012, on the same ground as Paragraph 1, in the vicinity of the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul J Housing.
