1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff A is a person who was hospitalized in the following defendant hospital, and the plaintiff B is the mother of the plaintiff A, and the defendant is a juristic person operating the sives mental health hospital in Gwangju City (hereinafter "the defendant hospital").

B. On February 21, 2012, Plaintiff A recommended for hospitalized treatment from the doctor in charge, who was receiving outpatient treatment due to alcohol addiction symptoms at the New Village Synas Hospital, and was hospitalized in the closed ward of Defendant Hospital on the same day.

C. On March 15, 2012, at around 21:10, Plaintiff A complained of the pains of the left-hand part of the Defendant Hospital (hereinafter “instant accident”) and was unable to walk without any other person’s axis. Around 21:25 of the same day, Plaintiff A conducted a diagnosis of Plaintiff A, and instructed the intensive observation room to take a step-by-fact control and to sleep in the intensive observation room, considering that there was no particular error in appearance or sense of view.

Plaintiff

A was diagnosed by an external static surgery around 10:00 on March 16, 2012 and was diagnosed by an external static surgery, and there is an opinion of isolation. 2. The assertion and judgment

A. The plaintiffs' assertion that most of the patients hospitalized in the closed ward are suffering from severe mental illness or addiction on a regular basis, and thus, they do so at a time when they are not affected by the patch. Campaign is managed and supervised so that they do not fatch even if they do not do so, as well as the facilities such as the floor of the building and the facilities of the patient so that they do not suffer from an accident during the process of movement, and in particular, the plaintiff A suffers from chronic alcohol and food disorder.
