1.The judgment of the first instance shall be modified as follows:

The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) is the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) of KRW 77,982,851.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an individual entrepreneur who manufactures telecommunications and semiconductor parts at a factory located in Bupyeong-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City D (hereinafter “the Plaintiff factory of this case”) with the trade name of “C”, and the Defendant is a gold-type production and multi-scripting products.

B. The Plaintiff’s product production and related transaction 1) from April 3, 2010 to May 13, 2010, and from the Defendant’s electric equipment parts, DI-2G/3G-00 BOD, COVE (hereinafter “DI-00B parts”).

(2) Upon request of the Plaintiff’s processing, the Defendant processed the instant plant and supplied it to the Defendant. The processing costs under the said trade list are KRW 3,210,000 in total. The Plaintiff’s employees are 1,210,000, 140, 140, 140, 2492, 12, 2492, 2492, (hereinafter “FRAM Meg”).

The plaintiff was also requested for production, and the production cost stated in the trading specification list signed by the defendant's employees is 11,50,000 won in total, and the plaintiff made the FRA Dozg.
