Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 7.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as the captain of B, C, and D, is the shipper of the ship in the Yannam-gun of the Republic of Korea and is the captain of B, C, and D, who is engaged in the fishing vessel using the said vessel.

The Defendant is the owner of a fishing vessel H (9.77 tons) and the captain of a fishing vessel in the Y (9.77 tons) in the Yananan-gun, Haan-gun, and is engaged in fisheries.

Where a fishing vessel proprietor intends to have his/her passengers embark on a port, port, port, etc., he/she shall report to the head of an agency in charge of reporting entry into and departure from a fishing vessel (hereinafter referred to as "entry and departure reporting agency"), as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, and shall not make a report on entry and departure from a port or make a false report.
