1. The defendant takes the procedure to change the name of the buyer to the plaintiff as to the right to sell the attached sheet.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 5, 2015, the Defendant concluded an apartment supply contract and a balcony expansion contract (hereinafter “instant apartment supply contract”) with respect to one asset trust company and the instant apartment in relation to the apartment sale business executed by one asset trust company (hereinafter “instant apartment sale contract”).

B. On August 5, 2015, C paid KRW 45,768,00 for the first down payment under the instant apartment supply contract and KRW 2,562,00 under the name of the Defendant to the Korea Asset Trust Co., Ltd., and paid KRW 22,884,00 for the second down payment around September 2015.

C. On May 2016, the Plaintiff paid to C the first, second, down payment, balcony expansion contract amount, and the resale price for the purchase of the purchase of the instant apartment.

The Plaintiff, along with C’s original copy of the instant apartment supply contract and the balcony expansion contract, two copies of the certificate of personal seal impression in the name of the Defendant, two copies of a resident registration, a certified copy of a resident registration, a certified copy of a family relation certificate, a family relation certificate, and two copies of an identification card, as to the apartment of this case, the seller’s agreement and special agreement on the sale right purchase and sale contract with the blank as follows, the buyer’s column, and the seller’s column, etc., signed and sealed the Defendant’s signature and seal on the seller’s column. However, the Plaintiff received each document to secure the right in blank (such as performance note, waiver of right, promissory note, receipt, power of attorney, certificate of transaction,

1. This contract is a contract for the right to sell an apartment;

2.This Agreement shall be drawn up with the recognition that the period of limitation on resale is one year in the form of sale and under mutual agreement.
