A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a social service personnel who served in Gangnam-si C, and social service personnel have not left their service or failed to serve in the relevant field for a total period of at least eight days without justifiable grounds. However, the Defendant left their service without justifiable grounds for a total period of at least eight days from August 13, 2015 to September 3, 2015.
