A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Compulsory indecent acts;

A. On October 4, 2018, around 03:42, the Defendant taken the Defendant’s sexual organ back to the victim D (a name, leisure) who was seated at No. 189 within the “CPC room” located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu.

2. Larceny;

A. After committing the crime as referred to in paragraph 1-b above at the date, time, and place specified in paragraph 1-b above, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime; and (b) took 860,000 won or more at the victim F’s market price; (b) took one cell phone of 60,000 won or more; (c) the Defendant was stolen. The Defendant was within the Seocheon-si Park, 172 on October 11, 2018.
