1. As to KRW 307,157,488 and KRW 118,890,006 among the Plaintiff, the Defendant shall be from December 27, 2017 to January 30, 2018.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in the case of a judgment of confession), the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor.
3. If so, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 307,157,48 won and 118,890,006 won among them, 11% per annum from December 27, 2017 to January 30, 2018, 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, 37,500,00 won per annum from December 27, 2017 to January 30, 2018, and 11% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment, and 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
