A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud in the Changwon District Court Msan Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Changwon Prison on June 20, 2012.

1. Fraud;

A. On June 28, 2012, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) obtained a total of KRW 200,000 property interest by deceiving the victim by making a speech or behavior that seems to be paid to the victim even if he/she did not have an intent or ability to pay the amount, and (b) obtaining a total of KRW 17,00,00,000,000 from the victim’s 17,000,000,000,000 won.

B. At around 03:30 on June 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) obtained a total of 170,000 won property interest by deceiving the victim’s speech and behavior that the victim seems to be paid to the victim despite the fact that the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she orders alcohol, alcohol, etc.; and (b) obtained a total of 170,000 won property interest by deceiving the victim and receiving the contact service from the victim.

C. On July 24, 2012, around 19:30, the Defendant: (a) at the center of “K” in the victim J’s management located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) despite the fact that the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even when issuing an order of alcohol, she, by deceiving the victim of the speech and behavior that appears to be paid to the victim; (c) thereby, by deceiving the victim, thereby obtaining a total of KRW 24,500 financial benefit from the victim.

On July 24, 2012, at around 12:20, the Defendant showed a speech or behavior that appears to be paid to the victim, despite the lack of the intent or ability to pay the price even if he/she orders an alcoholic beverage and an musical note.
