Reasons

As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., which partially dismiss, enter into force on May 21, 2019 and came into force on June 1, 2019, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum after the enforcement date thereof shall be recognized, and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
