A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of the press organization of “B” and the victim C(n, 35 years of age) was under the direction and supervision of the Defendant, who is in charge of editing, etc. of “B”.

1. On September 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 10:30 on September 20, 2018, at the “B” office located under the D Building E in Suwon-si, and (b) on a book to the victim deemed to have been seated and carried on; and (c) took the victim from the victim.
