Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal that “a loan of KRW 10 million at an interest rate of KRW 5% is possible; (b) there is no payment details of benefits; (c) thereby creating transaction interest sources; and (d) would make it possible to obtain a loan upon sending a check card; and (e) could not obtain a credit loan in a normal way, the Defendant borrowed a means of access connected to the Defendant’s account to a person who has failed to obtain the name; and (e) subsequently, accepted a fraudulent act of receiving a credit loan by submitting it as an actual transaction record by submitting it to the Defendant as if the Defendant was the normal transaction record.

On May 11, 2018, the Defendant lent the physical card and password, which are a means of access connected to the company bank account under the name of the Defendant, through Kwikset Service, to the name-oriented beneficiary at the street in front of the window C of Changwon city.

Accordingly, the Defendant lent the means of access to the above crime to another person.

2. On May 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received a proposal that “a loan of KRW 20 million at the interest rate of KRW 3% is possible; (b) due to the lack of the details of payment of benefits; (c) thereby creating a transaction force; and (d) would make it possible to obtain a loan by creating the details of false payment of deposits if sending a check card; and (e) could not obtain a credit loan in a normal way, the Defendant borrowed the means of access connected to the Defendant’s account to the name-dissured person; and (e) subsequently, accepted the fraudulent act of receiving a credit loan by submitting it to the documents as if the Defendant was the normal transaction performance.

On May 25, 2018, the Defendant is a means of access that is linked to the account (H) in the name of the Defendant at G convenience point F in the window of Changwon-si around May 25, 2018.
