Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

On September 18, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining Class II driver’s license for small-sized vehicles, was driving approximately 300 meters of BVL150 two-wheeled vehicles at the rate of Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul at the 12 Effic Elementary School.
