Punishment of the crime

[Criminal history] On December 29, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Gwangju District Court’s Manpoon branch on December 29, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 24, 2016.

[Criminal facts] No person shall operate a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance.

Nevertheless, on April 13, 2015, the Defendant driven Bran XG car that was not covered by mandatory insurance on the road near 7.9km at the 7.9km of the expressway in the south of light around 15:23, 2015.

Summary of Evidence
