When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the "C Singing practice room" on the second and the second floor of the military in the military.

No sing practice room business operator shall sell or provide alcoholic beverages.

Nevertheless, on January 19, 2017, the Defendant sold alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 8,000 in total of two cans, to D who are customers, at the above singing practice place on January 19, 2017.
