A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On or around May 13, 2005, the Defendant purchased an insurance policy that provides hospital fees of at least 30,000 won, among the insurance products of the victim's Dong-dong Fire Insurance Co., Ltd., the Defendant subscribed to the victim's life insurance company's "non-payment guarantee Self Self P Bank" products, "regular delivery guarantee insurance (5158)" products of the victim's Post and "Burri delivery (5158)," and "Turri delivery" products of the victim's Dong-dong Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. on or around June 28, 2006, and on August 14, 2006, the Defendant subscribed to the victim non-payment insurance company's "non-dividend distribution insurance products" products of the victim's Dong-dong Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., the victim's life insurance company's "non-payment distribution insurance products, etc., for the victim's general insurance products" around 20,1207.
Around May 3, 2007, the Defendant received a diagnosis of acute infection, etc. from D Hospital located in C, and was hospitalized for 9 days after receiving a diagnosis of acute infection.
However, the Defendant did not need hospital treatment in light of the content and purpose of hospital treatment at the time.
Nevertheless, the Defendant received hospitalized treatment as above, and filed a claim for the insurance proceeds with the victim-dong Fire Co., Ltd., and received 395,030 won as hospitalization insurance benefits around May 15, 2007 from the above Dong-dong Fire Co., Ltd., and received 1,195,030 won in total under the same name from the victim company three times in total, as described in the No. 1 through No. 3 of the crime sight table.
In addition, the Defendant, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, even though the Defendant was not in need of hospitalized treatment or was hospitalized for a long time more than necessary, had been hospitalized for 23 days from that time to August 10, 2012, and had been hospitalized for 455 days through 23 days, such as spine electric ebrates, donation, and brates, and claimed insurance money to the victim company.
