A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 24, 2016, at around 18:10 on August 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) shouldered the fluor’s disease, which is a dangerous object in the 283rd Park Park, Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, as a set-off, to trees; (b) walked to the victim C (the victim C) at a place 20 meters away from 20 meters away; (c) walked the victim’s bridge on two occasions; (d) interfered with the victim’s bridge; and (e) kneeing the victim’s knee; and (e) shown that the shoulder knee kel kel kel knee kel kel knee knee kel kel kel in the victim’s chest.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

In a park used by many people, including children who have decided to be sentenced to sentence, intimidation and assault without any justifiable reason and the nature of the crime is very bad, and deposit KRW 100,000 for the recovery of damage, and the fact that the crime was committed during the period of suspended execution due to the same kind of crime is disadvantageous to the victim.

On the other hand, the fact that the alcoholic content is treated as the support group of alcoholic content is favorable.

In the above circumstances, the sentencing conditions, such as the defendant's age, character, conduct and environment, shall be determined as per the disposition.
