1. On the grounds of appeal by the prosecutor, the court below acquitted the prosecutor on the ground of the reasoning of the judgment below, on the ground of its stated reasoning, on the following facts: (a) as to intimidation related to the items 6 to 9 attached to the list of crimes listed in the judgment below

Although the prosecutor appealeds the entire judgment of the court below against the defendant, the prosecutor does not state in the petition of appeal or the appellate brief the grounds for objection to the conviction.

2. As to the Defendant’s grounds of appeal, the Defendant submitted a written appeal to the effect that he is dissatisfied with the lower judgment. However, there is no specific ground of appeal in the final appeal or appellate brief.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
