1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 13, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff loaned to the Defendant a total of KRW 100 million on July 13, 2009 and KRW 20 million on February 23, 2010. However, the fact that the Defendant, on April 27, 2016, remitted to the Plaintiff a total of KRW 40 million on April 27, 2016, and KRW 70 million on May 25, 2016, did not conflict between the parties, or that the Defendant, on May 25, 2016, remitted only KRW 70 million on the total of KRW 1 and 2, is recognized through the entire purport of the pleadings and arguments.

Therefore, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff 30 million won in unpaid loan and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from July 13, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the day when the original copy of the instant payment order was served to the defendant, as the plaintiff seeks.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
