1. Compulsory execution based on the Defendant’s decision on performance recommendation against the Plaintiff on September 10, 2010, this Court 2010 Ghana22456.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. Since the grounds for partial dismissal of the Plaintiff received an adjudication on acceptance of the fixed acceptance of inheritance, it is possible for the Plaintiff to enforce compulsory execution within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased C, but in excess of this, the compulsory execution against the Plaintiff’s personal property shall be dismissed.
