A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 22, 2019, the Defendant was urged to return home from the victim D of the owner of the business during the period of drinking alcohol in Cmaart in Gangnam-gun, Gangnam-gun, Gangnam-gu around 16:00 on September 22, 2019.
