A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding five million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 19:35 on May 19, 2015, at night, went to the house of the victim F in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu E and 1st floor; (b) knew that the victim, known to the general public, kept the profits in cash at the house when operating the main store; (c) opened an inner window where the gas pipeline installed on the outer wall of the house is not equipped with a corrective device; and (d) intrudes the victim’s bank into the victim’s house; and (d) cut out one shopping bag containing approximately KRW 65 million in cash located in the clothes.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence at night and stolen the victim's property.

2. If a resident who is a national of the violation of the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act exports a means of payment exceeding 10,000 U.S. dollars (12 million US dollars), he/she shall report it to the head of the competent customs office.

At around 13:00 on May 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) concealed USD 200,000 in the Incheon International Airport Entry Inspection Station located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport; (b) without reporting to the head of the competent customs office; and (c) passed through the security screening unit by concealing the Defendant’s body and room at the Defendant’s home and home; and (d) went through the Emacar NX819 on board the aircraft.

Accordingly, the Defendant carried and exported 8,820,000 U.S. dollars exceeding 10,000 U.S. dollars without reporting to the head of the competent customs office.

3. Gambling;

A. From April 8, 2015 to May 5, 2015, the Defendant: (a) from a G hotel located in the People’s Republic of China, the Defendant mardddr and flasd a total of approximately KRW 4,500,000,000 on several occasions; and (b) from several occasions, the Defendant marddr and flasdddr with two cards, with the card of two heads, who are similar in the number 9 as the word “bac” in the way in which the sum of the two cards is equal to that of “bac” was arranged in the same way as the name of the method in which he/she becomes the winner.

B. The Defendant is a hotel located in the People’s Republic of China from May 7, 2015 to May 9, 2015.
