Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant C
A. The Defendant, D, E, F, and G intentionally conspired to commit a traffic accident with the intent to acquire insurance proceeds by fraud together with H, I, and J.
On March 27, 2012, around 08:45, 08:0, the Defendant, D, E, F, and G were driven by I on the road on which the luminous Mag-dong Mag-dong Magdong was located, and D, E was driven by F on the front offender of the taxi for K, E, and E was intentionally followed by G, J, and the Defendant’s seated F, and received an accident from the victim’s taxi mutual aid association. The Defendant, D, E was traffic accident and received an accident from the victim’s taxi mutual aid association, and F was treated from the O-type department outside of Seoul, G, J, and the Defendant claimed payment of insurance proceeds from the above association on March 28, 2012.
around April 2012, Defendants were paid KRW 1,690,00 for agreed gold and medical expenses; KRW 1,098,090 for agreed gold and medical expenses; KRW 1,593,250 for agreed gold and medical expenses; KRW 1,593,250 for vehicle repair expenses; KRW 1,220,610 for agreed gold and medical expenses; KRW 1,222,710 for agreed gold and medical expenses; and KRW 2,800,160 for the Defendant’s agreed gold and medical expenses.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with D, E, F, G, I, H, and J, received a total of KRW 9,624,810 by deceiving the victim.
B. The Defendant introduced R through H upon H’s request for the role of the vehicle that caused the traffic accident in the insurance fraud, and the Defendant, Q, R, S, T, and U intentionally conspired to commit a traffic accident with H for the purpose of acquiring insurance proceeds by fraud.
