A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in delivery duties at the “B” (hereinafter referred to as “B”).

In this respect, the defendant threatened a person by carrying dangerous objects.

3. The Defendant of a special assault shall be determined by the victim G (the age of 63) who is a substitute parking worker who has reported the occurrence of punishment in the store while helping the parking outside of the store and reported the situation of the store.
