1. Of the buildings listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff, Defendant B’s share 374/1232, Defendant C, E, and G, respectively, share 44/1232, Defendant F, and Defendant F.

1. On January 31, 1978, the Plaintiff entered into a sales contract with theO, Defendant B, D, and P as to each of the 1/4 shares of the buildings listed in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government N. 178.5 square meters and the attached list on its ground, and completed the registration of ownership transfer on the site on February 1, 1978, but did not complete the registration of ownership transfer on the building.

O died on May 26, 1986, and Q and P had children as Defendant B, C, E, F, D, G, H and P.

( Q was dead on May 31, 1983). P died on July 31, 1995, and there was Defendant J, K, L, and M, a child between Defendant I and his wife.

According to the facts of the above recognition, the networkO, network P, Defendant B, and D, the seller of the building listed in the separate sheet, are obligated to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration to the Plaintiff, the buyer. Since the O and P died, the Defendants, the inheritor, are obligated to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration as to each inherited share (the Defendants B and D include each share of 1/4 of the seller, as the seller, and the separate inheritance relationship also refer to the separate inheritance relationship).
