A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant did not permit the victim B to apply for the CJH Television television in the name of the victim.

Nevertheless, around June 17, 2015, the Defendant applied for CJH television in the Defendant’s residence in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul and 202, and signed “B” in the name of the victim on the PDA screen for television subscription brought by the said company installer.

Accordingly, the defendant has forged his signature without authority for the purpose of exercising his right.
