A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:10 on June 28, 2020, the Defendant reported to 112 the victim C (the victim 52 years of age) as a matter of light parking in front of the Hadong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gun B (the victim 112 years of age), and reported to 112 on the issue of light parking in front of the Hanam-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu, and collected the improvement of the victim's head, which is a dangerous object that was loaded in the above Hab-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu, and followed the victim's head by drinking the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence to victims by carrying dangerous articles.
