A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) took the attitude that the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to pay the price, and ordered the victim to pay the price in the “Ding place” operated by the victim C, which is located in Singing City B, 2017; and (b) ordered the victim to pay the price.
