Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) on the front of Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) on the front of the Defendant’s home, the Victim C (48) parked in the front of the Defendant’s home, (20cm wide, 10cm long, 10cm long) was placed on the victim; and (c) on the part of the Defendant, the Defendant was a shoulder box that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

2. The Defendant destroyed 225,00 won in repairing cost by cutting the victim’s vehicle boomer, which is a dangerous object (10 cm in length), on the ground that the victim does not park his vehicle to another place at the time, time, and at the place specified in paragraph 1.

3. At the date, time, and place mentioned in paragraph 1, the Defendant assaulted the victim by cutting the victim’s belbow and walking the victim’s left elbow in his/her hands with the victim’s urgical felbow and the mouth.
