A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, and violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) by the Defendant is a person engaged in driving Cbenz automobiles.

On July 29, 2013, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver's license on July 19, 2013, and was driving the said car on the front side of the islands in the Plundong-dong, Busan Metropolitan City, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si, Seoyang-do, according to one-lane between the three-lanes of map and the two-lanes of map.

The Defendant, prior to the same direction, was followed by the Ebeata car driven by the victim D (Nam, 39 years old). Ultimately, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, suffered injury to the victim D, such as brain scare, which requires treatment for about two weeks, injury to the victim F (F, female, 34 years old) who was on board the said bee cruise car, such as knee seat knee, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment for about three weeks, and injury to the victim G (V, female, 3 years old) who was on board the said bee car together with the said bee car, such as scare fl, tension, etc. in need of medical treatment for about one week.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement) provides that the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol in a red and walking state while drinking alcohol at the time and place specified in paragraph (1) and driving the said benz car from a slope I belonging to the H Zone at the Hosan Police Station, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol by drinking alcohol at the Defendant’s entrance.
