1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 94,00,000 on the Plaintiff and as a result, from January 28, 2016 to October 5, 2016.

1. The following facts can be acknowledged in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings, either of the parties to a dispute or of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 18-4.

The plaintiff is the father of the defendant C, who is the father of the defendant C, and the defendant is the husband and wife.

The contract for the transfer of business (hereinafter “the contract for the transfer of business of this case”) was prepared with the content that all the facilities and business rights of the room (hereinafter “the bank of this case”) transfer KRW 150,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,000 won. The defendant C entered the name of the defendant B and the joint guarantor column in the transferee column as the defendant C

The main contents of the instant transfer contract are as follows.

He/she promises to transfer a room business pursuant to Article 2 (1), and B shall consent to such transfer.

Article 2 (1) Subject matter of transfer of business under the preceding Article shall be the summary of the instant case.

It is all business rights, such as facilities existing in the room, integrated houseing, etc., movable property for business use, telephone subscription rights, and structures and other business rights of the above building.

(2) The amount of the transfer proceeds shall be KRW 150 million and shall be paid as follows:

The down payment of KRW 80 million shall be paid at the same time as this Agreement enters into force.

(b) 20 million won shall be paid up to December 31, 2014.

(c) 50 million won shall be paid in installments each five months from January 2015 to May 2015 in the amount of KRW 10 million each month.

Article 3 Section A at the same time as this Agreement is concluded with respect to Section B

The procedures for business succession shall be completed by ordering the room and delivering all the goods, the business account books and documents.

Article 4 Section A shall implement to Section B procedures for change of name at the same time as this Agreement enters into force.
