Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2015, at around 01:35, the Defendant driven a B-hand car under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.120% at a section of about 100 meters, from the street in the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, to the front road of the 15 chemical convenience store No. 109, the same funeral route.
