On July 24, 2014, at around 04:30, the Defendant driven approximately 5 kilometers B125cc Obababa in front of a drinking road where it is impossible to identify the trade name near Yongnam University Hospital in Daegu-gu, Nam-gu, Daegu-dong, while under the influence of alcohol by 0.087% of blood alcohol concentration.
