Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for robbery injury in the Young-gu Seoul District Court’s Young-gu branch on May 10, 2002, and was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with prison labor for special robbery in the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 4, 2008 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Seoul Southern Prison on March 13, 2013.

Criminal facts

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Robbery) led to the shortage of living expenses, etc. by raising money from the casino in the Gangseo Islands, and led to the rashing of money and valuables from others.

On December 14, 2013, around 16:21, 201, the Defendant, at the “G convenience store” located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, collected agricultural credit cards in H’s name, such as No. 2 in the cash automatic machine for the management of the Han-gu Art from the victim, and then withdrawn the total amount of KRW 100,000,000 in cash owned by the victim on two occasions in total, by entering the amount of withdrawal 50,000 and passwords.
