On October 06, 2014, at around 00:52, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at approximately 300 meters from the influoral path in the front of the French-dong, Busan-gu, without obtaining a driving license under the influence of alcohol with a 0.10% alcohol concentration of 0.10%.
