The judgment of the court below is reversed.

As to the crime No. 1,500,000 as to the defendant's judgment, the crime No. 2 as to the crime No. 1 as to the judgment.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. On August 16, 2012, a person demanding deposit of KRW 30 million in addition to the amount of investment KRW 400 million against the victim E of the fraudulent case No. 1498, Suwon District Court 2012 (the crime No. 1 of the judgment of the court below) as to perjury (the defendant was not the defendant, and the defendant only remitted KRW 25.9 million out of the amount of KRW 30 million deposited from E around March 30, 2007 to F in accordance with D’s order.

Therefore, on August 16, 2012, the defendant's defendant's entry in the court of the above case "D's operation gold amount of KRW 30 million to E" in the court of the above case.

It is true that the testimony was made to the effect that the Defendant received money from E (hereinafter “the testimony”) and that “the Defendant remitted the above KRW 25.9 million out of the total amount of KRW 30 million to F in accordance with D’s instructions” (hereinafter “the testimony”).

Nevertheless, the defendant testified falsely.

The judgment of the court below that found this part of the facts charged guilty is erroneous and erroneous.

B. On April 2, 2013, the Defendant did not intermediate the right to sell a leased apartment with D around July 2, 2004, and the Defendant did not receive KRW 17 million from D around April 2007, and only remitted KRW 25.9 million out of KRW 30 million deposited from E around March 30, 2007 to F in accordance with D’s order.
