1. Details of the disposition;

A. On November 11, 2008, the Plaintiff was confirmed to have been a male born in 1989, and as a result of the automatic autopsy test conducted in accordance with Article 11(1) of the Military Service Act on November 11, 2008, where the difference in the horizontal horizontal horizontal horizontal horizontal horizontal width is at least 4.00D [in accordance with class IV of the body grade and the examination rules (amended by Ordinance of the Ministry of National Defense No. 702, Feb. 17, 2010)], but the Plaintiff suspended the Plaintiff’s disposition of military service after having the MRI video data supplemented in relation to spine diseases until December 30, 2008.

On May 19, 2014, the Defendant rendered a disposition of military service to the Plaintiff, who is subject to call-up to social work personnel service.

On May 27, 2014, the Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff’s physical grade falls under Grade V and that the Plaintiff’s physical grade falls under Grade IV, in light of the Plaintiff’s distress, hydro-coping, and anti-popagym diseases in the Central Administrative Appeals Commission, and that the Plaintiff’s physical grade falls under Grade V.
