Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B K7 in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from dangerous driving).

On April 19, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.119% in blood around 03:30 on April 19, 2018, and led to two-lanes along the direction of Asan City from the side of the sale of Masan Hyundai Motor Vehicle, which is located in the Yanan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu.
