1. The Defendant’s disciplinary action against the Plaintiff on March 23, 2015 shall be revoked for three months of salary reduction.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a chief of the maintenance team and a maintenance company, who performs the duties of establishing and managing the maintenance plan of the dedicated helicopter (C; hereinafter “instant helicopter”) in possession of the above aviation charges, as well as the chief of the maintenance team and the chief of the management team who exercises overall control over the maintenance duties.

D is a slope serving in the same aviation unit, a responsible mechanic and inspector for the instant helicopter, and E is a slope serving in the same aviation unit, and is a mechanic and inspector for the instant helicopter, and F is a mechanic serving in the same aviation unit, and is a mechanic for the instant helicopter.

Plaintiff
