All appeals are dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
1. Examining the evidence duly admitted and examined by the original court and the first instance court as to the grounds of appeal by Defendant A and Defendant B, the lower court is justifiable to have determined that all of the charges of this case against Defendant A and Defendant B were guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning.
There is no illegality of exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or of misapprehending the legal principles on the elements of fraud.
2. As to Defendant C’s appeal, Defendant C did not submit a statement of grounds for appeal within the statutory period, and the petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal.
3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
