Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] The defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted special larceny at the Suwon District Court on December 20, 1990; imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted special larceny in the Sungnam branch on July 1, 1994; imprisonment with prison labor for the attempted special larceny in the Sungnam branch on December 12, 1996 at the Seoul Northern District Court on December 12, 1996; two years and six months; imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Suwon branch on December 9, 199; imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months at the Seoul Northern District Court on August 29, 202; imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Busan District Court on November 16, 2004; imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Busan District Court on March 23, 2007; and imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Busan District Court on March 23, 2007; and imprisonment with prison labor for each of the same crimes at the same prison on March 15, 2015.

[2] On January 5, 2016, at around 03:00, the Defendant: (a) removed the entrance locker from a high school shop operated by Chuncheon-si, Chuncheon-si; (b) removed the entrance locker; and (c) brought about KRW 3.50,000 in cash located on the calculation unit, using the Raber, which was prepared in advance at the E-high school shop operated by Chuncheon-si; and (d) attempted to steals over 19 times from December 29, 2015 to February 00, 2016, by habitually destroying the door at night in the same manner as the list of crimes in the attached Form; and (c) attempted to steal the building more than 5,062,50 won owned by each victim; and (d) attempted to steals over four occasions.
