1. The defendant shall share 179/201 of the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached list and the land listed in paragraph (2) of the attached list to the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant and the Plaintiff’s Intervenor entered into a contract with the Plaintiff’s Intervenor to sell land in installments (hereinafter “instant land consignment sale contract”) owned by the Defendant with the Plaintiff’s Intervenor as delegated by the Defendant. As to the instant land consignment sale contract, the matters related to the instant case among the contract signed in the name of the Defendant and the Plaintiff’s Intervenor on September 10, 2009, prepared in the name of the Defendant and the Plaintiff’s Intervenor as to the instant land consignment sale contract.
