1. The defendant shall share 179/201 of the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached list and the land listed in paragraph (2) of the attached list to the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant and the Plaintiff’s Intervenor entered into a contract with the Plaintiff’s Intervenor to sell land in installments (hereinafter “instant land consignment sale contract”) owned by the Defendant with the Plaintiff’s Intervenor as delegated by the Defendant. As to the instant land consignment sale contract, the matters related to the instant case among the contract signed in the name of the Defendant and the Plaintiff’s Intervenor on September 10, 2009, prepared in the name of the Defendant and the Plaintiff’s Intervenor as to the instant land consignment sale contract.

Section 1 (Purpose) The above lot number of land is to permit the sale of land due to the division of land by mutual agreement between the Defendant and the Plaintiff’s Intervenor, because it is difficult to sell en bloc at a total of 13,000 square meters.

(Provisional Division) Article 2 (Deposit Price of Land). ① Land slope shall be sold and sold in approximately KRW 5,000 on the upper land of F with a strong land slope amounting to KRW 1.70,00 per square meter.

(2) The remainder of the land outside 5,000 square meters shall be deposited to the defendant in two hundred and fifty thousand won per square meter.

(2. (2.50,000 won shall be deducted from transfer tax, and the tax rate shall be changed accordingly.) The remainder of the land price other than the deposit shall be the Plaintiff’s Intervenor’s revenue for the purpose of using the Plaintiff’s Intervenor as consulting service cost, authorization and permission cost, road civil engineering cost, etc.

Article 4 (Implementation of Road Shares) The Defendant shall transfer ownership shares in the land sold to the Plaintiff’s Intervenor whenever the land is sold or sold (the share in the road will be paid after completion of the sale of the land at the time of the sale of the land at the time of the contract at the time of the contract at the time of the purchase or sale of the land). However, as long as the share in the road is not less than 3,827 square meters, the share in the road will result in the Plaintiff’s Intervenor.

(Provided, however, the road shares sold before February 23, 2012 shall be paid after the completion of sale. The road shares sold in the future will result in the plaintiff's supplementary participant). Article 5 (Road Price Settlement) is to be sold to the plaintiff's supplementary participant in the purchase and sale of land.
